Taiba rare is looking for a motivated and scientifically driven Clinical Science Associate to join our growing team in Kuwait. This opportunity is ideal for pharmacy graduates with strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience building relationships within the healthcare sector.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted scientific and healthcare partner to physicians, pharmacists, and hospital stakeholders, while supporting patient-focused outcomes through ethical and evidence-based engagement.

This is a commercial field-based role.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
- Achieve assigned territory sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement effective territory business plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
Clinical & Scientific Engagement
- Deliver accurate, evidence-based product and disease awareness information to healthcare professionals (HCPs)
- Communicate clinical data, treatment guidelines, and therapeutic benefits with confidence and credibility
- Support scientific discussions and respond to medical inquiries professionally
Compliance & Ethics
- Ensure all activities comply with local regulations and company ethical standards
- Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and CRM updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or clinical sales
- Previous experience in the Kuwait pharmaceutical market is preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge and scientific communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license
